How fast can you get to me?
Usually 10 to 20 minutes. Call with your address for an exact time.
Can you make a car key if I lost all of them?
Yes. We cut and program a new key at the car. Have the registration or title and a photo ID ready, because we check the car is yours before we start.
Do I need a new lock, or just a rekey?
If the lock works and you only want the old keys to stop working, a rekey takes minutes and the lock stays on the door. A new lock is for damage, wear, or a different type of key. We will tell you which one your door needs.
Do you come to the car, or do I bring it to you?
We come to the car: driveway, car park, street or workplace.
How much does it cost?
Every job is different, so the price is given on site, not over the phone. On a car we check the vehicle and connect the programmer; on a door we look at the lock. You get the price before any work starts, and the work begins only once you agree to it.
Do you work at night and at weekends?
